How CeonHub works

Two sides, one loop: employers post and invite, candidates search and apply. Here is what each side actually does.

For candidates

  1. 1

    Create your profile

Name, skills, availability and a resume. Two minutes.

  2. 2

    Search or get matched

Filter by immediate start, freelance, side income or internship.

  3. 3

    Apply in one click

Your profile and resume go with every application.

  4. 4

    Track everything

Application status and private invitations in one dashboard.

For employers

  1. 1

    Set up your company

One profile, used on every job you publish.

  2. 2

    Post a job

Publish immediately, or save a draft until you are ready.

  3. 3

    Review applicants

Move people through the stages: reviewing, interview, offer, hired.

  4. 4

    Invite privately

Approach candidates directly for roles you never advertise.

Common questions

What is a private opportunity?

A job an employer marks as private. It is excluded from public search, from company pages and from search engine indexing. Only candidates who receive an invitation can open it or apply to it.

Who can see my candidate profile?

You choose. A public profile can be found by employers searching the candidate directory. A private profile is hidden from that directory and is only visible to employers whose jobs you have applied to. Your email address is never shown in the directory.

What does accepting an invitation do?

Accepting files an application to that job, so you appear in the employer's applicant list and can follow the status like any other application. Declining does nothing else — the employer simply sees your answer.

Does it cost anything?

No. This early version of CeonHub has no payments, subscriptions or fees of any kind for either side.

How do I stop receiving applications for a job?

Pause it to take it out of search temporarily, or close it when the role is filled. Jobs that already have applications cannot be deleted, so nobody loses their history.
